In late July, our technical team completed the handover and installation of a 2-in-1 machine (combining hose skiving and crimping functions) for a gas cylinder manufacturing company in My Phuoc, Binh Duong. The Handover and On-site Acceptance Process at the Factory

- Assembly and Calibration: Executing connections and configuring machine parameters to suit the specific sizes of hoses and fittings currently used by the factory.
- Trial Operation: Directly processing the customer's actual gas hose samples. The finished products, after being skived and crimped, successfully passed tests for holding force and sealing.
- Technology Transfer Training: VHE engineers provided detailed instructions to the factory's operating team on how to fine-tune crimping parameters, perform safe skiving operations, and execute periodic machine maintenance steps to extend the equipment's lifespan.
The customer conducted the final acceptance and highly appreciated the dedication, deployment speed, and the quality of the machinery provided by VHE.
