1. Meticulous Execution in Every Detail

The processing of these four hoses followed highly standardized steps:

- Hose end crimping: Utilizing a massive hydraulic crimping machine to crimp the fittings. Due to their immense weight, each hose end was fed into the machine with the assistance of lifting equipment.

- Asbestos wrapping: The heat-resistant asbestos casing was applied through a combination of manual labour and machinery, ensuring a tight and secure fit to fully protect the inner core from high temperatures and friction.

- Packaging and transportation: The finished products were carefully wrapped in shrink film, awaiting a crane to load them onto specialized trucks.

- Strict product testing process: Before leaving the workshop, the hoses were placed on a pressure testing rig. Every metric had to reach absolute safety standards before clearance for delivery to the client.

- Finding a transportation provider: A 10-meter hose cannot be folded or bent like smaller hoses. Numerous logistics companies refused to accept the shipment due to its oversized, overweight nature and the difficulty of loading and unloading. VHE had to struggle with contacting and waiting, ultimately having to hire a dedicated heavy-haul transport system to ensure the hoses remained undamaged during transit.
