Boasting a powerful crimping force of 225 tons, an ultra-durable solid-cast 42CrMo oil cylinder, and a 36 MPa ultra-high-pressure gear pump, this series guarantees absolute operational stability. The equipment includes a built-in semi-automatic function, helping workshops speed up mass production.

However, a premium machine must be paired with a technically standardized setup procedure. To ensure the equipment operates at peak efficiency from day one, VHE consistently implements a professional 8-step installation and handover process, as follows:

Before leaving the VHE warehouse, the hydraulic hose crimping machine (including the latest CRIMP 225 EVO L series) undergoes a comprehensive inspection by our technical team. Everything from the crimping die system and electrical circuits to no-load test runs is strictly checked to ensure the equipment is entirely free of manufacturing defects.
