After the September 2nd Independence Day holiday, VHE received an order to fabricate a 1'' Alfagomma Flexor Minetuff DN25 single-braid hydraulic hose assembly. The job included crimping two straight BSP fittings and adding a protective stainless steel braided sleeve for a client. Each hose assembly had a length of 1400 mm.
Why add a stainless steel braid?

With a stainless steel braid, the hose can perform effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +150°C or even higher, depending on the hose material and design.
Currently, VHE's workshop is equipped with a modern braiding machine, enabling the provision of hydraulic hose braiding services for various hose types tailored to customer needs. We offer braiding for hydraulic hoses, flexible conduits, and more.
- Materials: 304 stainless steel, sourced from high-quality imported materials from POSCO with clear quality certification. The material is produced on a cold-rolling line, ensuring excellent mechanical properties.
- Our modern braiding machines are imported whole, offering high precision and excellent productivity across a wide range of sizes.
- We can braid hoses with an inner diameter from DN8 to DN80.
We offer two types of fabrication:
+ Braiding directly onto the hydraulic hose is convenient for customers during cutting and assembly.
+ Braiding into a hollow sleeve, which is then rolled up and packaged according to manufacturer standards. Customers can use this sleeve to protect any type of hose they own.
