This particular order required a combination of high-pressure resistance (up to 400 Bar) and maximum mechanical durability. VHE's technical team precisely executed the assembly according to European DIN standards for the following hose lines:

- 1/4" Hydraulic Hose Assemblies:

  • Utilized 1/4" R2AT (2SN) hydraulic hoses with a durable steel wire-braided construction.
  • Assembled with 1/4" - 10S DIN fittings and 1-wire/2-wire non-skive ferrules, ensuring an absolute, leak-proof seal.

- 1/2" (DN12) Hydraulic Hose Assemblies:

  • Utilized 1/2" 4SP hydraulic hoses, specifically designed for high-pressure systems.
  • Assembled with 1/2" - 16S DIN fittings and 4-wire ferrules, creating a robust connection highly resistant to vibration and fluid leakage.
