In early spring of the year's Snake 2025, VHE received an order to process 10 Sinopulse 5/8'' pipes covered with stainless steel mesh and PJ cover to deliver to the factory. Order details include:
- Flexible hose with 2 ends, steel fabric rubber covered with stainless steel, 5/8inch, L=4000mm, 2 straight ends with 24-degree convex cone 50 size S nut M30x2, working pressure 350bar, with gasket.
- Flexible hose with 2 ends, steel fabric rubber covered with stainless steel, 5/8inch, L=1500mm, 2 straight ends with 24-degree convex cone size S nut M30x2, working pressure 350bar, with gasket.
- Flexible hose with 2 ends, steel fabric rubber covered with stainless steel, 5/8inch, L=1400mm, 2 straight ends with 24-degree convex cone size S nut M30x2, working pressure 350bar, with gasket, PJ cover.
- Flexible hose with 2 ends, rubber and steel fabric covered with stainless steel, 5/8inch, L=750mm, 2 straight ends, 24-degree convex cone, size S, M30x2 nut, working pressure 350bar, with sealing gasket, PJ cover.
Use of stainless steel cover
A stainless steel cover helps reinforce the hose's durability, avoid scratches when there is a collision, and limit the risk of damage if sparks or chemicals fall on it.
