Recently, Vina-Hydraulic Equipment Joint Stock Company received an order to process 100 1/4 inch Teflon hoses with stainless steel braiding and crimped with 1/8 inch BSP male threaded size 4 fittings. Teflon plastic hoses are heat-resistant, chemical-resistant, and high-pressure resistant, making them specialized for conveying compressed air, hot air, high-temperature liquids, chemicals, paint, etc.

Properties of Teflon Plastic Hoses
- PTFE Teflon hoses are excellently resistant to chemicals and temperatures. The material is nearly inert, allowing it to be used with most industrial chemicals and solvents.
- The working temperature range of Teflon plastic hoses is from -40°C to +260°C, making them suitable for many applications where most other plastics cannot withstand.
- Teflon hoses are non-adhesive, resistant to alkalis, acids, and chemicals, have good UV and ozone resistance, a small bending radius, are lightweight, and have flame resistance according to UL94-HB.
