VHE is proud to be a specialized distributor of high-temperature, fire-resistant PJ thermal sleeves, specifically used to protect hydraulic hoses in industrial plant systems. Our warehouse at Song Than Industrial Park currently stocks over 6,000 meters of PJ sleeves in a full range of sizes from ID5 to ID150, ensuring prompt delivery for projects requiring bulk quantities.

Technical Specifications of VHE Fire-Resistant Sleeves:
- Applications: These fire-resistant sleeves are designed to protect cables and hydraulic hoses, making them exceptionally suitable for the oil and gas, chemical engineering, iron and steel, and cement industries.
- Ultra-durable dual-layer structure: The inner layer is constructed from dense knitted fibreglass, providing excellent thermal and electrical insulation (7 kV - 25 kV). The outer layer is coated with premium red silicone rubber, delivering outstanding resistance to oil, abrasion, and acids/alkalis, while completely preventing molten metal spatter from adhering.
- Continuous operating temperature: 260°C (500°F).
- Short-term exposure: Withstands temperatures of 1093°C (2000°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Thermal shock resistance: Withstands up to 1649°C (3000°F) for 15 to 30 seconds.
Thanks to these remarkable properties, VHE ensures that our PyroJacket thermal insulation sleeves will significantly reduce energy loss and protect personnel from accidental burns caused by contact with hot hoses.
