To ensure the processing system operates reliably and operators quickly master the equipment, the entire handover process at the customer’s workshop is executed by the VHE team, following a standard procedure
1. Equipment delivery and electrical wiring
The Samway hose crimping and skiving machine combo is safely transported to the site. Our technicians immediately position the equipment, inspect the workshop’s power grid, and connect the power supply for both machines to ensure safety standards and optimal operating capacity.
2. Detailed operational training:
Right after powering up, VHE technicians provide a comprehensive overview of the machine structure, control buttons, and display screens. Customers are meticulously guided on how to set the crimping stroke for the crimper, as well as how to adjust the skiving blades to match different rubber cover layers.
3. Providing hydraulic hose crimping specifications

4. Test run – Hands-on skiving and crimping of sample hoses
For the machine acceptance test, VHE technicians directly perform the rubber skiving and crimp the first sample hose to check the motor’s smoothness and the die’s roundness. The most important step is having the customers operate the machines themselves – manually skiving and crimping subsequent hoses under our technicians’ supervision until they are fully proficient and confident in their operation.
