- Ensure the hydraulic hose is not damaged or cracked and has no dirt or residue inside the hose.
Step 3: Align the hose to fit each mold
Step 4: Place the hydraulic hose into the crimping machine
- Place the hose into the hole on the mask and make sure the hose is placed exactly in the fixed position.
Step 5: Set the pressure and the crimping time
- Adjust the pressure regulator to achieve the required crimping pressure. And set the crimping time.
Step 6: Proceed to crimping the hose
- Press the button to activate the machine, and then the machine will perform the crimping process automatically.
- Note to avoid touching the dangerous area when the crimping machine is operating.
